# About

I care about the point where messy, real-world data becomes something a team can actually trust and build on.

That's meant designing AWS-based data lakes from scratch, migrating years of organizational data into a single source of truth, and building the quality checks that catch bad records before they reach a dashboard. I've led data teams, filled in as head of data during leadership gaps, and spent a good amount of time writing the training material that helps non-technical colleagues query data confidently.

Increasingly, that work sits above the pipelines too — leading data and AI strategy for organizations: setting the roadmap for what gets built next, defining how teams adopt new tools like enterprise AI agents responsibly, and making the case for data investments in terms leadership can act on.
